The first installment of Sarah Mylowski's New York Times bestselling series!

Mirror, mirror, on the basement wall . . .

Once upon a time my brother and I were normal kids. The next minute? The mirror in our basement slurped us up and magically transported us inside Snow White's fairy tale.

I know it sounds crazy, but it's true.

But hey -- we're heroes! We stopped Snow White from eating the poisoned apple. Hooray! Or not. If Snow White doesn't die, she won't get to meet her prince. And then she won't get her happy ending. Oops.

Now it's up to us to:
- Avoid getting poisoned
- Sneak into a castle
- Fix Snow White's story

And then, fingers crossed, find our way home.

I really love this book and all the other books in this series!!!

I personally love it when something dramatic changes a classic story completely. and I also like it when kids are the main characters. this book is a mix of both and I think everyone should read it

i love stories with a spin of fairy tales.most princess wait for princes to save them .( You can save yourself vs. thats whats makes it classic. Any way in most stories you can predict the ending but if your looking for a adventure this is the book for you. 😆🍋

I loved this book because it has a lot of adventure and drama. Anyway its when they visit fairytales and sometimes mess them up and make them different.

its a good book and i've read it 10 times now because its soooooooo good and i like the begining and its a good book and i feel like i wanna read it again because its sooooooooooooooooooo good and i like the end and i like the front cover and i like to read it its a good book!

This book was great! It is about a girl named Abby and her brother that go into Snow Whites story. Sarah Mlynowski (the author) must have a big imagination, like who else could write this! I rate this book four out of five stars, because I really really liked it! You should read it too!

THE SUMMARY OF THIS BOOK IS ABOUT A GIRL NAMED ABBY AND HER YOUNGER BROTHER, JONAH. THEY HAVE A MAGICAL MIRROR AND THEY GET SUCKED IN AND SAVE SNOW WHITE FROM EATING THE POISON APPLE. BUT AFTER, SAVING SNOW WHITE, THEY REALIZE THAT IF SNOW WHITE DOES NOT FALL ASLEEP, THEN THE PRINCE WON'T BE ABLE TO MARRY SNOW WHITE WITH THE KISS! SO NOW ABBY AND JONAH GO AND SAVE THE DAY!

The book is about an older (a teeny bit selfish, too) sister named Abby who goes into the fairy tale Snow White through a magic mirror with her little ketchup-loving brother, Jonah. They think they saved Snow from eating the poison apple... but they realize that if Snow doesn't eat the apple, she won't fall asleep and marry the prince! It's up to them to save Snow White's "happy ever after". This book is a cute twist on a normal dull fairy tale.

I think that this is a really cool twist on a fairy tail I always thought was kind of dull (no offense) with comedy and drama. However the main character Abby always made me frustrated because she was one of the people that almost ruined Snow's fairy tale and tries not to point it out. But that's part of what makes the book interesting.

I liked this book new look at older fairy tales.
