Boys don’t keep diaries—or do they?

The launch of an exciting and innovatively illustrated new series narrated by an unforgettable kid every family can relate to

It’s a new school year, and Greg Heffley finds himself thrust into middle school, where undersized weaklings share the hallways with kids who are taller, meaner, and already shaving. The hazards of growing up before you’re ready are uniquely revealed through words and drawings as Greg records them in his diary.

In book one of this debut series, Greg is happy to have Rowley, his sidekick, along for the ride. But when Rowley’s star starts to rise, Greg tries to use his best friend’s newfound popularity to his own advantage, kicking off a chain of events that will test their friendship in hilarious fashion.

Author/illustrator Jeff Kinney recalls the growing pains of school life and introduces a new kind of hero who epitomizes the challenges of being a kid. As Greg says in his diary, “Just don’t expect me to be all ‘Dear Diary’ this and ‘Dear Diary’ that.” Luckily for us, what Greg Heffley says he won’t do and what he actually does are two very different things.

Since its launch in May 2004 on Funbrain.com, the Web version of Diary of a Wimpy Kid has been viewed by 20 million unique online readers. This year, it is averaging 70,000 readers a day.

This is DA BEST BOOK ERMERGERD

This Book Is Awesome :D

I like how the book is made with some writing and also some pictures with word bubbles which are called Graphic novels. I would go to the library and would pick out all the 4 graphic novels I would want and that would go with a certain book series. And sometimes I would go and get Diary Of A Wimpy Kid if my mom would let me. And I typed this because I want to let people know that I liked the book a lot.

I love diary of a wimpy kid

This is very good

You have the best username of all time I love Lassie!!

This book is talking about Greg in his school, he was a middle school student, and he has two brothers let him crazy everyday. In the school, there is a nasty cheese sticky on the basketball court, but Greg was interesting about that thing, I think he know the story about this yucky cheese. A person who ate the sandwich and threw the cheese on the basketball court, then the cheese started getting sticky. So no one want to touch it and play the basketball on this court. Then one day, a person named Darren Walsh touched the cheese, and Cheese Touch was started. I finished this book, and I think this book is interesting and funny. I think writer is a humor person, so that why he made Wimpy Kid. If someone want to read some books, I will recommendation to him.

Have not Read it Before Want to though
