Winnie's Great War is about the real story of Winnie the Pooh- Winnipeg (Winnie's full name). It is a work of fiction based on historical facts (non-fiction). The adventures of how she was caught and sold to Harry Coleburn for 20 dollars, which is at least 100 dollars in money now. My favourite parts of the book are the imaginary conversations with other animals. Winnie's Great War is a great book, I highly recommend it!!!

The First Four Years is about Laura and Almanzo's first four years of being married. Everything seems perfect just Laura and Almanzo, but every year brings catastrophic events: storms, sickness, fire, and unpaid debts. There is still love especially for the newest member of the Wilder family baby Rose. It is both a sad book and a happy one because the Laura series is coming to a close but the Rose series is just beginning.

I love David Walliams books! Gangsta Granny is very funny book, because they try to steal valuable jewels. The Granny loves all food with cabbage, she even managed to find after dinner cabbage chocolate mints. Ben (the grandson), loves plumbing, and has creative ideas to help them as burglars.

This book is about Greek Heroes and each chapter tells a different Hero. The book is funny, and describes the Heroes in modern days. Some characters might not be a true hero (because they did a bad thing), but a God/Goddess fell in love with them and they were made immortal. My favourite chapter was Psyce and the Box of Beauty Cream. It is a love story between Eros and Psyce. If you like this book, you will like the Percy Jackson Series.

Farmer Boy is a book about Almanzo Wilder's childhood (ages 8-9 years old), and takes place in 1864, New York State. It shares adventures growing up with his family: brother-Royal, and sisters-Eliza Jane and Alice. My favourite part was when Almanzo got first place in the State Fair pumpkin competition, because he worked hard to grow the pumpkin by feeding it milk (through a candle wick).
