This is a funny book. It contains a zombie hypnotizing goldfish, an evil scientist and older brother of the main character, and a computer hacker who is the older brother of the main kid's best friend.
Tom's brother's first crazy experiment as an evil scientist is dunking the pet goldfish, Frankie, in toxic green stuff. Tom has to zap the fish with a battery and bring it back to life. But Frankie is NOT acting normal because he's a BIG FAT ZOMBIE GOLDFISH and has powers. Frankie still has one more goal though: Revenge!
