I survived The Joplin Tornado, 2011 is mainly about a boy named Dex who ran in to his favorite guy from is show Dr.Gage and is now helping Dr.Gage with figure what Tornado sounds like when starting and run in to a tornado and Dr.Gage is almost about to die but Dex helps him with a first aid kit and Sare and Jimmy (friends of Dr.Gage) and take Dr.Gage to the hosiptial, Dex does not come with them and goes looking for his parents and finds them, 2 weeks latter Family hears that Dr.Gage is getting better and town is rebuilding. I would recomed this book to person who likes to learn about tornado and what cause them. My favorite part is when Dex is try to save Dr.Gage and He makes it.

I love this series! I am always excited when a new one comes out. This book focuses on 2011, Joplin Tornado. It is one of the newer ones, but not the newest. I recommend all the "I Survived" books, even this one too.
Just like other i survived books, the event was real but the character was from Lauren's imagination. I don't necessarily love history yet I love the series weird how that works, isn't it?
This book is amazing. If you know me I'm not a big reader, but this book caught my eye because I love tornados. The author Lauren Trashes is one of my favorite author. I just love her books because they are about real events. READ THIS BOOK it will change your mind about not reading.
This is my 2nd favorite I Survived book...behind the Destruction of Pompeii
well i am reading the one were there are like 5 diffrent books in one and the one about twin towers well i have been trying to get the horivane catrina but it has been gone out of are libary and today my freing kendall turend it it so i am having a hard time disiting if i should get it or not but i did put it on hold so i will go on from there so wish me luck !!!!!!!1!
