When the goddess Artemis goes missing, she is believed to have been kidnapped. And now it's up to Percy and his friends to find out what happened. Who is powerful enough to kidnap a goddess? They must find Artemis before the winter solstice, when her influence on the Olympian Council could swing an important vote on the war with the titans. Not only that, but first Percy will have to solve the mystery of a rare monster that Artemis was hunting when she disappeared-a monster rumored to be so powerful it could destroy Olympus forever.

This time they are going on a quest to save Artemis, one of the goddess and Annabeth,Percy’s friend. I like the part when Thalia said she was joining the Hunt. This meant that the prophecy was about Percy and he was the one that will decide whether to destroy Olympus or not at his 16 th birthday. This makes the story more exciting because Percy is only 14 now so there are still two more years before he decide what he will do and many things may happen during this time. If I can change something in the story, I won’t let Bianca die because if she didn’t die,her brother won’t be sad and hate Percy. But people will die during an adventure. When people have to die, they will die, nothing can stop it. I can know what her brother feels because at the beginning, Percy said he would protect Bianca, but Bianca died. Of course he would hate Percy. His only family is his sister.

Yay, two new half-bloods. Bianca and Nico di Angelo. I almost cried when Bianca died. Sad to spoil but I just have to say that I was really surprised when Nico and Bianca end up being children of Hades. Love the book!

i think this book is a good book for children who are 9-20 because we can understand more of what is going on.

This one's Interesting; We all Know Annabeth is starting to Like Percy, and the thing With Thalia is even More Interesting lol. That Cover is Sweet!

First off, I have already made multiple reviews on this series of books so I suggest you should check them out. Also, if you haven't read The Lightning Thief and The Sea of Monsters- in that order- then I would do that immediatly. These books have filled my heart and brain with this desire to learn about the ancient myths and how we could incorporate them into our modern world; just as Rick Riordan did. When I was first got this book, it was because of my mom. We were walking around Target and she suggested that I should try out this new series that she had heard good things about. I agreed and as soon as we got home, I opened the book and smelled it. I always smell my books to get a whiff of what it's going. I could already sense that I wouldn't get bored with this series. As soon as I read the third book- The Titan's Curse- I absolutly fell head over heels in love with Percy Jackson. He had taught me very important lessons in life, love, and most importantly, to not go to a shop called Monster Doughnuts. He has made me realize that to be a hero, you don't have to be recognized by people.

Amazing book. I luved it.

I love this book because it is so sad, happy, and funny! It is hilarious and soo sad at the eact same time.

This book is great

this has a pretty funny part of the book where I was laughing to the point where I actually put the book down (weird...) this now involves Thalia now that she's not a tree anymore. they of course go on another journey to "save the world" as normal
