Evan is people-smart. Jessie is math smart. So when Evan learns that Jessie is going to be in the same classroom as he is, he's mad. And thus begins the lemonade war. Evan and his friends go head to head with Jessie and Megan, who Evan likes. Evan uses different concepts, as does Jessie and Megan. In the end though, Jessie wins, but her money gets stolen! Evan and Jessie make up, most importantly, and I think that Jacqueline Davies should write a sequel to this book!
She has wrote a sequel! She actually has 4 from the series: The Lemonade War, The Lemonade Crime, The Bell Bandit and The Candy Smash.

The war start because Jessie skips 2 classes and are joining Evan (her older brother's) class after the summer holiday. Evan makes a Lemonade Stand because he want's money for an iPod. He and his friend Scott pair up and Jessie asks if she can join. They of cause say NO and she then makes her own Lemonade Stand whit Megan, a girl from Evan's class. Now the war is on. I loved the book because of all the sibling drama. Jessie is so smart and Evan is annoyed of her brain.

I loved this book!!! I loved how Evan isn't too smart but Jessie is very, very smart! I loved that once Jessie saw that Evan and his friend were making one then Jessie makes one. It was very good up till the end when it ended. I can't wait to read the new book.
This book is about Evan and Jessie Treski. Evan is a people smart guy, while Jessie is a math smart person. Later, they have a lemonade war! This is a wonderful book with humor and a one of a kind bond between these two siblings.

Such a great book to read! I love the genre, which I think is mostly realisitic fiction and little bit of mystery! I have my own sister and we fight a lot!
It is a great book about a boy named Evan and his sister Jessica have a fight. the fight is about who can earn the most money by selling only lemonade.
