For a full hour, he poured lemonade. The world is a thirsty place, he thought as he nearly emptied his fourth pitcher of the day. And I am the Lemonade King.

Fourth-grader Evan Treski is people-smart. He’s good at talking with people, even grownups. His younger sister, Jessie, on the other hand, is math-smart, but not especially good with people. So when the siblings’ lemonade stand war begins, there really is no telling who will win—or even if their fight will ever end. Brimming with savvy marketing tips for making money at any business, definitions of business terms, charts, diagrams, and even math problems, this fresh, funny, emotionally charged novel subtly explores how arguments can escalate beyond anyone’s intent.

I like how brother and sister, Evan and Jessie get along, his good with people and she's a good student but then all changes with the letter and how they start to compete with the lemonade war just before school starts

This is a great story about brother-sister bonding! It's about a boy who is not that smart, but is good at business and great at making friends. His sister is the exact opposite, she even skipped 2 grades and is in the same grade as her brother! The problem is, that she doesn't really have any friends. This rivalry over running a lemonade stand will surely make you love this book! I definitely recommend this book!

A good book. It tells the story of a sibling rivalry that erupts into a fight of who can sell more lemonade. I recommend this book.

I love the first book but I haven't read any others. I bet they are just as good.

This is such a good book!!!! I am now WANTING a glass of cool, sweet lemonade!! ALSO I NEED MORE FOLLOWERS!!!

So far the book is good but I'm wondering who will win the bet or if they will get the same amount of money.I personally like Jessie better because she's smart and actually thinks about what she's doing.
