At the conclusion of The Mark of Athena, Annabeth and Percy tumble into a pit leading straight to the Underworld. I really enjoyed reading this book just as I enjoy all Rick Riordan books, but The Lost Hero was exceptionally good in my opinion. I enjoyed the fast paced action and all of the different mythological elements that were in this book.
