This is the second time I've read this book. It's amazing in almost every possible way for almost any type of reader. It's got action, adventure, mystery, and a wonderful set of characters.

This book was about Kate, Michael, and Emma trying to stop the Countess from getting the Emerald Atlas, a book that can let you travel through time. The Countess is a very powerful witch that worked for the Dire Mungus. Will the kids stop the Countess from getting the book? Read it to find out!
I liked this book because of the adventure, and suspense, but it is a bit scary. It is about three kids who travel from orphanage to orphanage because they don't know where their parents are, and haven't known for the past ten years. At their latest orphanage, they discover that they are situated in a town with a kind of terrible history that involves a magical book called the Emerald Atlas. The book has the power to take you backwards and forwards in time - if you have the right pictures. Eventually the two girls' brother gives up hope of ever finding their parents, and stays back in time . So it is up to the girls to save their brother and family, and change their town's history for the better - but can they?

This book is great for people who love action packed magic/adventure. It is a book that will keep you reading for hours on end.
You never know what could happen and that's what happened.but now I can read the next one to see if its any better than the first

It is a great book about Kids who travel from Orphanage to orphanage . then when they stop at one they find a book called the emerald atlas . It is just a great book! You should read it!
