Does anyone think that Magnus Chase is a homage to Annabeth or do you think that he will cross the 2 mythologies together?

Though the Greek and Roman crew members of the Argo II have made progress in their many quests, they still seem no closer to defeating the earth mother, Gaea. Her giants have risen - all of them - and they're stronger than ever. They must be stopped before the Feast of Spes, when Gaea plans to have two demigods sacrificed in Athens.

No offense taken! Just wondering what you thought was a spoiler, since I conveyed no "factual spoilers". Thank you!
He absolutely threw Percabeth into Tartarus with his fans in mind. You think he didn't predict our exact reaction? They got out of Tartarus safely. Nothing permanently terrible happened (not including, of course, psychological damage). Rick is hyper-concious of his fans, and will not kill any main characters.
I agree with you on the death thing, kind of a let down. However, I think the title was referring to the blood of Olympus that caused Gaea to wake. I disagree with 'Wilco' because I think Will already has a girlfriend. They might be friends but not to that level. Correct me if I'm wrong...
He's going to make a series about Norse mythology
I NEED TO READ IT LIKE I NEED TO BREATH AIR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
yeah right
it answered mine
Yes! This is a second series, by the same author, following some of the same characters from the series "The Lightening Thief" is from. I highly recommend reading that series, "Percy Jackson and the Olympians", before reading this one. :)
Awesome book!
