Raina Telgemeier's #1 New York Times bestselling, Eisner Award-winning graphic memoir based on her childhood!

Raina just wants to be a normal sixth grader. But one night after Girl Scouts she trips and falls, severely injuring her two front teeth. What follows is a long and frustrating journey with on-again, off-again braces, surgery, embarrassing headgear, and even a retainer with fake teeth attached. And on top of all that, there's still more to deal with: a major earthquake, boy confusion, and friends who turn out to be not so friendly.

I love it 😀

It’s a good book! It’s also a true story!

This book tells a great story, it's really funny and as someone who loves graphic novels, this was awesome! Raina and her sister, Amara remind me a lot of my own sister and l (We both fight a lot XD) but, great book and l completely recommend.

I think it really awsome l can't stop reading it

So, I read this book again because... well I just did and I felt it was even better reading it the second time than the first! I found it even more enjoyable and when I looked at each page even more carefully, it helped me pay attention to the small details in the artwork and that helped me picture the story in my mind even better. It was also very engaging and I found it really hard to put the book down once I started reading. So that is why I'm giving it 5 stars this time :)
