Loot is the story of young March, the son of a famous criminal. March and his father Alfie have traveled the world, making some of the grandest heists known. But one night something goes terribly wrong, and Alfie falls of the roof while on a job. With his dying breath he tells he son to find "jewels". But March soon finds out that the "jewels" his father was speaking off was not a hidden treasure chest, but a twin sister he never knew he had. Both March and Jules are shipped off to an orphanage, where they must find a way to escape. They meet two new friends along the way and the new gang escape the orphanage in order to find the coveted moonstone gems, and find how to reverse the curse. For a prophecy was spoken, killing their mother, and jailing their parent's crime partner. And then it said that the twins would be killed together falling off a cliff! Will this group of rag-tag kids learn to trust each other? Will they be able to find the true enemy, and the stones in time? This book kept my heart pounding. There were so many twists and turns, and I was caught up in the drama. I recommend this book for ages 10+. I rate this book 5 out of 5 stars.

But March learns that his father is not talking about a stash of loot. He's talking about Jules, the twin sister March never knew he had. No sooner than the two find each other, they're picked up by the police and sent to the world's worst orphanage. It's not prison, but it feels like it.
March and Jules have no intention of staying put. They know their father's business inside and out, and they're tired of being pushed around. Just one good heist, and they'll live the life of riches and freedom most kids only dream about.
Watch out! There are wild kids on the loose and a crime spree coming . . .

I really recommend this book. Literally when i read the first page i was hooked. I wanted to keep reading until i got to the end of the book :( Loved it
This book was truly sad and awesome . Its so interesting because March at first didn't know he had a twin sister Jules , and his dad left them clues for them to find . Turns out that their dad had his future of his kids falling of a cliff on their thirteen birthday . Its a very great book , and I loved it .
I remember reading this book about 2 years ago, I did not put down the book until I finished the book. The plot was not too simple and not too complicated. It was funny and creative. It kept me thinking the entire book. I would definitely recommend this book.
It was easy to understand the plot
The book that I read is LOOT by Jude Watson The book is about, how March and Jules have to complete 7 robbery's but their dad only gave them clues. Alfie there dad slips off a building but while he is falling he tosses March a bag of moonstone which his dad stole 10 years ago. Now March and Jules have to complete the 7 robbery's. As they are completing them they get offered a deal by a woman who wants all the moonstone. She is offering them 1 million for each. My opinion of this book is that is a good book and it really keeps you on the edge of your seat. Also it is really interesting too. This genre is realistic fiction because this could happen in real life but this is also fiction because no kid could be a robber. Also this is realistic fiction because some parts of the book are real. This book is to all audience because most people will enjoy it. This book will always makes you read more. I would rate this book 5/5 stars because it is a really good book. I enjoyed it a lot. One internal conflict was when March was doubting himself and he was wanting to leave Jules in the orphanage. A internal conflict is man vs himself this is within the character's mind. There was external conflict when March had to steal to get some money. There was a lot of this in the book. External conflict is man vs society or man vs group.
