I thought this book was alright for a younger group like intermediate school levels. The main character starts a cupcake club that helps her in finding and making new friends. Some themes include friendship, loyalty, and pursuing your ideas.

Katie and the Cupcake Cure looks like a really cute book! I really want to read it! I love cupcakes! This looks like a great book to read this Summer!
when my dad bought this book for me as a present i thought the book looked boring but i learned to never judje a book by it's cover.
Main character Katie Brown finds herself Katie miserable on the first day of middle school. Her best friend Callie came back from camp boy-crazy and part of a whole new group of friends. When it's made clear that Callie is in the PGC (Popular Girls Club) and Katie is not invited to join, Katie suddenly feels all alone. During a lonely lunch, as Katie eats a special cupcake from her mom, she has the perfect idea of a cupcake club that will help her make some new friends.
This book was the start of my cupcake obsession. A girl and her friends start a cupcake club, but something unexpected happened... they got customers! A great message about being loyal to your friends, and if you put your mind to something, you can do it!

She is starting middle school and her new best friend just moved there. And their friends all start a cupcake club. Sounds like a fun idea to do with my friends. Short and quick book.

Katie nervous about middle school and all the changes. Too make it worse even her friend Callie changed. She doesn't have anymore friend but she thinks of an idea of making a cup cake club. Katie's gets three friend and they make and eat cupcakes in their club. I think the cupcake idea was cool and different.
Middle School? Please! Katie Brown has heard all the stories and tales. She has a best friend who will be there every step of the way, and how hard can it be? But when her best friend ditches her for the Popular Girls Club, or PGC, and leaves Katie to the mercy or middle school alone, Katie finds that when you need a true friend, all you need is a cupcake cure!
