The moment they saw each other, Bean and Ivy knew they wouldn't be friends. But when Bean plays a joke on her sister, Nancy, and has to hide quick Ivy comes to the rescue, proving that sometimes the best of friends are people never meant to like each other. Vibrant characters and lots of humor make this a charming and addictive introduction to Ivy and Bean.

this was a great book

A great book about two girls.

Bean lives in Pancake Court, and knows all the kids there except one. Ivy. Bean's mom always tells her, "Go play with her. She looks nice", But Bean doesn't ever want to play with her. Whenever Bean goes outside, she always finds Ivy reading big books. Nancy makes her change her mind.Together they can make a very good friendship.

Ivy and Bean is about a girl named Bean who lives across the street from Ivy, but thinks she's boring to play with because "she's such a good girl." she soon finds out that Ivy's grandmother gave Ivy a book of spells and potions. Bean really wants to do a mean spell on her grouchy sister named Nancy. join Ivy and Bean with their first adventure together.

I think that Ivy and Bean is a good book because at first Bean isn't Ivy's friend, but later in the book, Ivy and Bean are good friends, because they had a good adventure together.

I LOVE THIS BOOK,SO MUCH !!!!!!

I think this book is about two girls who were friends but, never meant to be friends.

What an awesome book!! This is the first book in the Ivy + Bean series. Ivy and Bean are the exact opposites. They live across the street from each other and just knew they would never be friends. Bean is a tomboy, she likes to run, play, and has many friends. Ivy is more quiet. She enjoys books and can find something to do by herself. All of that changes when Bean decides to play a joke on her sister Nancy. It backfires...and Bean sees a different side of Ivy. Does this lead to friendship? Read to find out! Read to see a friendship blossom...
