Hatchet was a very intriguing book with lots of twists, turns and wowing scenarios. I believe this book was very well written with many upsetting and glorious changes to Brian. At many times it was disappointing because things went wrong all the time for Brain, therefore I did not like that because I enjoy happy endings. I admit at many times it could be boring but at the same time it was funny and worthy of reading. SPOILERS: My favorite part of the book is when Brian discovered how to make fire, because he had a good future ahead of him(NOW). My favorite character would have to be Brian because he is extremely smart and thoughtful of nature. I loved this book and I hope for those of you out there reading this review will have a second thought about reading this book.

Brian is a person who was kind of made for surviving in the wild and for nature

Hatchet is personally a great book, my opinion for this book is something that is put together very well. Some parts of the book was a little boring or uninteresting but most of it was based off of a specific theme. SPOILERS!!!! My favorite part of this book was when Brian was able to leave and see his dad. Personally, this is my favorite part because Brian was probably there for an extremely long time, ( 54 days ). If I was put into Brian’s place (shoes), I would have been super excited that someone came to pick me up and take me home. Over all I completely recommend this book because if you are someone who loves adventures or surviving in the wild themes than I would recommend this for you to read.

The book “Hatchet” is really good! The only reason I would rate it a 4 star is because toward the middle of the story, it got a little boring. Some chapters were just about him getting food or searching in the forest. Besides this, the book was great and had a lot of cliff hangers at the end of chapters and you wouldn't know what would happen next. For example, I thought the book was going to be about friendship of a wolf and a boy but it was completely different. SPOILERS!! My favorite part was the end because it made me happy that he got rescued. Gary Paulsen made a great story and I would recommend it to everyone! Most books I dislike but this one was just over the top and I would definitely read it again! This book is appealing to just about every age and both boys and girls would think this book is magnificent! Brian Robeson was a strong character and I think he was a great role for the story and I wouldn't pick anyone else. All the events that happened in the book just made it 10 times better! If you are searching for a book to read, I would definitely recommend trying Hatchet!

My favorite part was when this happened to Brian. Brian was minding his own business when something happened that would change his life forever. He can probably still remember it like it was yesterday when a horrible life changing event happened to him, but it turns out it happened for the better.I would recommend this book because it has many, many awesome events.Brian is a kind and sweet ,caring boy and loves his family. He relates to my little brother he has all of those characteristics.

I would give hatchet five stars out of five because of all the problems and solutions brian had to go through. I would recommend this book to anybody that likes books that are on the survival side of life, For example, if you are ok with the idea of blood or gore in your head. My opinion on brian would be that he is strong and will try at times when it is hard to even get up. SPOILER ALERT: My favorite part of the book would be when Brian goes into the plane and gets the survival pack. I love this part because when he gets the survival pack he finds food, weapons, and pans for his food. This is a major part because when he hits an emergency transmitter and surprising a pilot comes down to save Brian.

In my opinion, this book was very good because of all of the action and had a lot of good transitions. EXAMPLE is when he hears the wind and the next morning he gets reborn again. My favorite part is when the Brain hears the roaring wind from miles away until he noticed that the sound keeps coming closer and closer until he can see all of the broken trees that have been torn down by the wind. I will recommend this book because I love books that have a lot of action and thrilling parts. I hope you boys and girls also love reading the book to. My favorite character was bianb because he was only 14 and he was a city boy from New York and turned into a nature boy and now he now knows how to make fire with his bare hands and he can make many other things with his bear hands.

Hatchet Book Review I liked this book because it was so good I love the way things in the book can change so fast. Also the jump scenes can be very nerve racking. One part ended with someone almost dying but they got out of it with almost a broken bone. One part of the book so stressful it was killing me to know what happens. This book was so good that when we were done people wanted to keep on reading and not stop and was one of those people. A lot of really good parts end on a chapter and was still so much more to that one part. SPOILER: My favorite part was when Brains mom gave him the hatchet because without the hatchet he would have not been able to have fire, food, or the survival pack because all of that was able to have with hatchet like the fire the hatchet created sparks and when that happened the fire started. Without the hatchet he wouldn’t have the spear or bow and arrow to hunt the food. The survival pack came from the airplane where the hatchet got him into even while he was getting into the plane, he dropped the hatched and he said without the hatchet I am nothing the hatchet got me here.

This book has to be my second favorite book since first is holes and it is the best. I like the adventure and being stuck in the wilderness feel it gives you when reading it. At the end when he found the special package it saved his life and it would last him a while out there and one thing helped him escape the game he was playing. The book is kinda short and entertaining if you like stories of people being stranded in a forest then this is one book you'll enjoy. The bag had one ovios thing in it and that was air which helped him a lot. I is my favorite part of the book because it was one of the best endings to a book ive ever read and all in general, this book is one of the best ive ever read and am going to read it again.

Hatchet Book Review I think that this book is an awesome book. It’s about a 13 year old boy who has been stranded in the wilderness. He needs to figure out how to survive. Brian faces challenges and struggles, but manages to get through them. He makes tools such as a fish spear. SPOILER: He somehow gets an emergency transmitter but does not seem to turn on….. Brian thinks.
