This is the best book ever. It is about a wizard who is older than me ,11, (Im only 10.) who gets a letter to a wizarding school of a platform that he doesn't know exists. Then he finds out about everything about the wizarding world and he loves it. then he finds out about an evil called voldemort. Then he has to fight him to get hold of a powerful sorcerers stone. Eventually dumbledore destroys it and nicholas flamel dies.
It is a very intresting book about how harry potter came to be.It also is very sweet and simple and is the one of the best books in the world.

I have seen both the movie and the book they are so good I don't even know what to say!
I know lots of people love harry potter, but I really don't think that it is all that. It is entertaining but lets be real the story of kid wizards isn't original. However, it was worth the read, but I think the movies are better entertainment.
