Guts
By Raina Telgemeier
A true story from Raina Telgemeier, the #1 New York
Times bestselling, multiple Eisner Award-winning author of
Smile, Sisters,
Drama, and Ghosts!
Raina wakes up one night with a terrible upset stomach. Her mom has one, too, so it's probably just a bug. Raina eventually returns to school, where she's dealing with the usual highs and lows: friends, not-friends, and classmates who think the school year is just one long gross-out session. It soon becomes clear that Raina's tummy trouble isn't going away... and it coincides with her worries about food, school, and changing friendships. What's going on?
Raina Telgemeier once again brings us a thoughtful, charming, and funny true story about growing up and gathering the courage to face -- and conquer -- her fears.

Guts is a true story about a girl named Raina who learns how to survive and get over her fears. She is bullied by a girl named Michelle but later on she befriends her because they realize they have so much in common. I can relate to this book because Raina handles her problems and fears like I do and eventually try to get over them, which is why I give this book a four star review. I recommend this book to people who are interested in people solving problems.
It is a very entertaining book. I had read it twice and I enjoyed it both times. I believe people would to read this if they are into novels and comics. I think people would love to read this and this will help you get through anything you might have going on, or just to get through a boring weekend -Sophie Wake
I have this book in my house
This book is about a girl who when she gets nervous she gets stomach pains. Everytime she does anything she gets stomach pains. This is a really good book and I would really recommend it because you could relate to it. I have read books like this so it was like a text-to-text reading.
