I decided to read this book because Mrs.Schmeling recommended it to me and it sounded good so I decided to read it. Eldeafo is about a girl named Cece who is deaf and has to overcome all these obstacles to get through life with hearing aids. This book is funny and really teaches you not to judge a book by its cover.
I really love EL DEAFO! it's everything you could want in a book; funny and touching and oh so smart.
El Deafo is a great graphic novel. Its good because its about making friends and CeCe being deaf and hard for her to see.

Do you like graphic novels? If you do, you'll probably like El Deafo. Making friends in a new school is hard. As if that is not enough, Cece has a giant hearing aid. She's worries that the kids in her class will make fun of them, but believe it or not, it may help her make friends.
I liked this book because I got it for my 7th birthday and it's about a real person. She gets glasses and I want glasses! I really like the pictures because CeCe's hair looks like mine. CeCe is frustrated when Martha speaks so loudly to her, because she has hearing aids. She can hear Martha even though she's deaf. I would like to be a super hero like El Deafo. You should read this book because it's really good and it's my favorite book.
basically this book is about a rabbit who loves to sing and one day she sings and the scalp from inside her head comes out from her mouth and that makes her deaf ,and that's why this book is called EL Deafo.
