In this book, Nicki is so happy that MacKenzie is gone. She gets to have a drama free rest of her life! But is it over? When some puppies and their mother are found in a box outside Fuzzy Friends, Nicki and her friends, Brandon, Chloe and Zoe take turns taking care of the dogs. This book is a great book, full of unexpected plot twists and I would recommend this book. Totally!

Nikki Maxwell is back in the 10th book of the sassy Dork Diaries series. In this book, Nikki finds adorable puppies outside in a box. Who can resist? She asks Brandon, her crush, to bring them into Fuzzy Friends, the animal shelter he volunteers at. But there isn't enough room! So she and her friends take turns taking care of the pups. When Nikki's turn comes, she has to hide the puppies! Can she do it? (I had to redo this review because my previous one somehow got deleted!!)

Nikki should finally almost have her perfect life, since her mortal enemy MacKenzie has finally left! She even gets to hang out with Brandon more now that MacKenzie isn't there to ruin it. Soon, she runs into more drama however, when she has to hide puppies from her parents while taking care of them. This turns out to be difficult, of course. I highly recommend this book as a really cute read for middle schoolers, as you can really relate to Nikki!

Nikki's life is going to be drama-free because MacKenzie, her enemy, is moving to another school because of a video someone posted of her screaming because a bug was on her. She's going to attend North Hampton Hills International Academy. Nikki can still feel her presence even though she's not really here. She also has a hard time believing that MacKenzie's new school even exists. So she searches it up online, and there was actually a homepage for it. She cannot believe her eyes when she clicks on it. It really is a school, and it's amazing! Now that MacKenzie is gone, her life won't be miserable anymore. But wait, has MacKenzie really left forever? I recommend this book to girls, and drama readers. I rate this 3/5.

Nikki always wanted a dog. When Holly and her puppies were dropped off, the animal shelter couldn't keep them, Nikki wanted to help. Then she had to hide them from the school and her parents.
