GOOD BOOK

Carrie Carrie

Jeff kinney's diary of a wimpy kid was the best diary book I've read. First rowley ditches Greg and befriends a girl Abigail, after finding out its impossible to get rowley back. Greg learns to trust a magic 8 ball to help him with his troubles until the ball started causing trouble for Greg itself. When rowley and Abigail got voted for cutest couple category at school Greg threw the magic 8 ball away and worked on his science project instead. After he turned in his silence project the magic 8 ball actually owed Greg for the things that happened to him, so soon Greg got rowley back again.

THANK YOU CRITIC REVIEW. You just summed up the completely thrown-together plot of the entire Diary of a Wimpy Kid "series". I use quotes because this barely qualifies as a book. It is just as Critic Review says - pictures with captions. This genre has the potential to change the way people look at adolescents, but this book is a potluck of ridiculous situations that are repeated in an infinite cycle. Now, I'm not sure what grade you're in, Critic Review, but if you're in elementary school or junior high, THANK YOU for being one of a small number of youth who can see when a book is worthwhile or when it is not worth anybody's time. You give me hope that this generation of children and teens aren't doomed. THANK YOU.

this is great read for all tweens, its the most borrowed book in our library

Critic Review Critic Review

This book was the worst book in history (no exaggerations)! These are not books, they are drawings with captions! They don't teach you anything besides stupid stuff. If you are going to give this to a child, I suggest not to because they are wasting their time reading it; if you are going to give them a book to read, give them one that teaches them something (e.g. Percy Jackson Series because they are funny and they include Greek mythology). I don't know why people waste their money to buy these drawings on paper, you can do this at home! Just draw something and write a caption! You just wrote Diary of a Wimpy Kid! Also this series is always so vague and always stays the same, for example: Greg always thinks about himself, he always thinks Rowley is a wimp (although Diary of a WIMPY Kid is based around Greg ALL THE TIME), and he always goes after the silly girls. Overall DO NOT read this book, it is a waste of your time and it is a waste of your money.
