i like this book because it's so funny and greg is really funny but no girls like him. I feel great about this book and you should read it to! have fun and injoy!

this book is about greg heffley who was a middle school kid. a dance was coming up and he didnt have a girl to go with so he tried on different clothes and shoes so he could get attention. then he got a girl and also went with rowley they went to a restaurant and greg was gonna pay. after that they went to the dance. at the dance the girl that greg went with her ex boyfriend was there so then she had a broken heart.

this is a funny book and i enjoyed it so much. its a must read. my cousin bought it for me at chritsmas and i have been reading it over and over ever since. you should really read it. bye.
