This is an awesome book. There are so many distinctive characters. I especially like Alexia, because Rob Buyea's idea of her is very interesting. Anyway, Peter thinks he is so lucky. He got the new teacher! This means he can goof off without getting in trouble. Jessica is glad- she won't be the only new person. Those two, and many more, discover that Mr. Terupt. is an awesome teacher, who brings out the best in them. When something terrible happens, almost everyone blames themselves. Alexia fixes everything she's done wrong. Everyone grows closer, while they are terrified. Will Mr. Terupt get better?

Features seven narrators, each with a unique story, and each with a different perspective on what makes their teacher so special. It’s the start of fifth grade for seven kids at Snow Hill School. There’s . . . Jessica, the new girl, smart and perceptive, who’s having a hard time fitting in; Alexia, a bully, your friend one second, your enemy the next; Peter, class prankster and troublemaker; Luke, the brain; Danielle, who never stands up for herself; shy Anna, whose home situation makes her an outcast; and Jeffrey, who hates school.
Only Mr. Terupt, their new and energetic teacher, seems to know how to deal with them all. He makes the classroom a fun place, even if he doesn’t let them get away with much . . . until the snowy winter day when an accident changes everything—and everyone.

Hi, I like your way of telling the story! I would recommend you the books of Dr.Cuthbert Soup.
This is a great book. We read it for book club one month and I really liked it. The bond between Me. Result and his students is something special, something that isn't written about very often. Mr. Terupt gets hit by a snowball one day in the middle of his year by Peter. The doctor tries to assure Peter that it is not his fault, Mr. Terupt had had some wrestling injuries from when he was younger. But will Mr. Erupt be OK? Read this book to find out!
