This book is about a girl named Margaret. In the summer Margaret, her mother, and her father moved from New York City to Farbrook, New Jersey. While she moved she had to deal with knowing that her Grandmother couldn't move in with her like she did before. When school started she made many new friends and joined a club with her 4 BFF's. In there club they talk about stuff that happens in a girls life. During this book you will learn all about Margaret and her friends.

I love this. its about a girl named margaret and she has a hard time with religion.her dad is jewish and her mom is christian.once her grandparents from both sides of her family come to visit margaret there are some problems between both of them.margaret is a bright and very intellingernt kid.school is kind of rough for her.i reccomend this book for people who can realate to other books.you can really relate to this book.

I thought that this book was so good! I especially liked the part when the lady suggested the Gro-bra. I also liked when Margaret was answering the question sheet thing and on it, it said " I think male teachers are" and she wrote "I think male teachers are the opposite of female teachers". That part made me laugh my brains out.

This book is yet another great book by Judy Blume that really captures that highs and lows of middle school life for one girl, Margaret. She is at a time in her life where everything is changing, whether it is the move to a new town, her acceptance to a club, or her first boyfriend, Margaret is learning and growing. I reccomend this book for girls ages 10 - 13.
