this is a really good mystery!
I think that this is one of my favorite books ever! I love the part where his 'friend' starts this washing service, 'to have your shirts cleaned by Al Capone,' a convict in Alcatraz. Meanwhile, his sister, Natalie who has autism falls in love with a convict who is almost going to be released from Alcatraz. What happens to these wonderful characters? Well, I think you know the answer if you've been reading my book reviews. Read on to find out!
The first few pages are very interesting. The storyline will be very different, I bet. I have never thought about the possibility of kids living on Alcatraz because of their parent's work. Can't wait to get deeper into the book!
After moving to Alcatraz for his father's job, Moose is forced to watch his autistic sister, who gets him in trouble throughout the book. This book is an interesting look at how an autistic family member affects everyone and the history of Alcatraz.

I liked this book. The kids lived on Alcatraz Island and Moose's sister Natalie has problems and thinks she turns 10 every year on her birthday but she is really like 16.
I think some of the book was a bit boring, but the part I liked was learning about Alcatraz. I've never been there, but when my Garndfather lived in San Francisco, we would always go down to the pier and he'd point it out to me.
It was good. Not the story I thought it would be, but good all the same. The ending was my favorite part. I do recommend, but for ages 12 and above.
Not my favorite book, but something to read. This book is about Moose & Piper's scheme after his families move to Alcatraz Island. Moose helps take care of his sister who is autistic.
I love this book and highly recommend it to people who like action and realistic fiction, (some parts), I love the part when Moose figures out that his sister met a convict. I thought that it was kind of funny.
