i have read that but not all of it
i read this book for school lesson ELA .it is a real story. Salva was realy sin
Just like "They poured fire on us from the sky", this is another book about the war in Sudan and the Lost Boys. Salva, a main character and a real life person who survived the War of Sudan by going to refugee camps miles and miles away from their villages. They walked for months, years and tons died on the way. Later, he builds a clean water well for people to drink because his dad had gotten sick because of the dirty water. Before his project, everyone drank water from rivers and none of it was clean. The color was brown and dark.
Mrs welch I read this book when it came out last year it was the best book ever and very very sad. :( but a really good book I hope we can read it in class because it is AMAZING!!!!
A Long Walk to Water is an EBOB book. Part of the story is set in 1985 while the other part in 2008. Is it historical fiction or realistic fiction? Maybe it is both.

I loved this book. It was SO GOOD! I recomend people to read it. It looks boring, but it is so NOT BORING!
sad book.....
i read this 4 a summer reading book 4 my class and i was expecting it 2 be like... u know one of the weird not cool boring books... but it was REALLY GOOD. take it from me. it's about a guy who's in school and his city is being bombed so he has to travel to many places and... you'll find out the rest :)
