last year my 4th grade teachers read this to me it was soooooooo funny it made me laugh my pants off that's how funny it was . we even got to watch the movie I love it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This book is talking about a little girl named Matilda, and she loves reading books, but eventually her mother, father and brother, don’t like books, they only like watching TV, Matilda was really smart, at three, she had taught herself to study newspapers and magazines, at the age of four she could read books fast and well, every time when Matilda want to buy books, her parents never allow her, so Matilda will walk to library herself.

this is about a girl with powers and attends a school whith a mean principle. At her house matilda is mistreated and her parents hate her so in the end she goes to live with her teacher.
